When referring to the size of our backdrops, the first number represents the Width and the second number denotes the Height. We provide backdrops in a multitude of sizes, with no limitations on the dimensions - even for customized ones! If you're unsure about the backdrop size you need, please check our Size Guide. We're here to assist in making the best choice for your needs!
Images may vary by backdrop size and could be cropped. Be sure to check out the photos for the size you're actually going to buy!
By default, each of our backdrops comes with a handy pocket and a thin white trim around the edges. If you'd like to opt out, please leave an order note during checkout.

Shipping PolicyWe process orders from Monday to Saturday. Any orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Should there be any issues with your order, we will notify you via email.

It came very bent in shipping: box and product. I've triedeverything toget itto straighten and flatten but nothing is working. Very glossy, too but maybe it wouldbe better if it lay flat.
