It is a pretty drop, but I am disappointed that the colors are not as bold as I expected. It is a more muted look than was shown online.
Thank you for letting us know the backdrop colors did not appear as bold and vibrant as you expected compared to the website images. I sincerely apologize for this discrepancy and the resulting disappointment with your purchase.
Could you please send us some photos of the backdrop you received along with your order details? We strive to ensure the print quality consistently matches what is displayed online. Understanding specifics on what you found lacking color-wise allows us to improve.
Please also know that in addition to following up directly on your experience, we will escalate this more broadly to our product team. They implement very strict color accuracy guidelines and testing from digital mockups to production. But when issues like this occur, it indicates potential process improvements necessary on our end.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this with us - acting on direct customer feedback is how we continue enhancing our backdrops. Please know that we stand firmly behind our products and your complete satisfaction. Let me know how else we can make this right for you!
