When referring to the size of our backdrops, the first number represents the
Width and the second number denotes the Height. We provide backdrops in a
multitude of sizes, with no limitations on the dimensions - even for
customized ones! If you're unsure about the backdrop size you need, please
check our
Size Guide. We're here to assist in making the best choice for your needs!
Images may vary by backdrop size and could be cropped. Be sure to check out
the photos for the size you're actually going to buy!

This time it was my fault I tried with no pole holders like some have suggested but i think it takes away from the actual length on this 1 and I ordered the wrong size

I purchased this backdrop and purchased a tall piece of trim, painted it black so I could raise the backdrop up higher, with the trim in front of it. When the backdrop arrived, part of the bottom looks like flooring, so now it is going to be shorter than it should be. The flooring on the backdrop does not match my flooring. Very upsetting. I would like the backdrop that I ordered, that is only the wall and no flooring on the bottom. The event that I bought this for, is May 20th. Please make this right with me.
