When referring to the size of our backdrops, the first number represents the
Width and the second number denotes the Height. We provide backdrops in a
multitude of sizes, with no limitations on the dimensions - even for
customized ones! If you're unsure about the backdrop size you need, please
check our
Size Guide. We're here to assist in making the best choice for your needs!
Images may vary by backdrop size and could be cropped. Be sure to check out
the photos for the size you're actually going to buy!

Shipping Policy

I had high hopes for this backdrop to use for fine art portraits. Unfortunately it doesn’t photograph true to color. It has a cool undertone that I didn’t see in the original photo. It’s not a bad tone, just not what I was looking for. I have tried to use it a number of different ways, but I struggle with capturing the tones in this drop. This is a cell phone photo in natural light. It is more true to color. However my studio strobe and custom white balance almost never get to this tone. The second image is taken under studio strobes and is straight out of camera with no adjustments. White balance was a custom white balance set with gray card. Fabric of drop is awesome, and very few wrinkles.

I completely understand your disappointment with the undertone coming across differently than the product image online. Capturing colors accurately can certainly be tricky with different lighting conditions and camera settings. We aim for the product photos to represent the backdrops as true-to-life as possible, but recognize limitations exist.
We will make note of your feedback about the cool tones in this particular drop not photographing as expected. This will help our team if we decide to reformulate the color in the future. We know color accuracy is especially important for fine art, portrait and product photography.

Very fine quality, good materials, looks great in photos. If wrinkles show up due to folding or travel, just throw it in the dryer with a damp towel, and in 15 mins it'll come out without a crease.
