When is KATE DAY 2026?

Kate Day 2026 runs October 14–16, Pacific Time.

Is shipping always free for Lucky Bags and Lightning Deals?

We're thrilled to offer free shipping on all Lucky Bags & Lightning Deals to the vast majority of destinations worldwide! For a very small number of remote or hard-to-reach areas, a small remote delivery surcharge is necessary to cover the higher costs required to get your package to you safely.

Can I buy multiple lucky bags?

Yes, but there's a catch! For instance, you can buy one $9.99 bag, one $19.99 bag, and one $29.99 bag, but not two of the same. So, if you attempt to buy multiple bags of the same type, the extras will be charged at the regular price.

Are the products in each lightning deals different?

Yes! ! Each lightning deal features unique, non-repeating products, all with free shipping. You're welcome to join all the deals! Also, we'll showcase these items with their original prices in our Lightning Deal Collection ahead of time. This allows you to add your favorites to your cart in advance and be ready when the deals start!

Does the sitewide discount apply automatically?

Yes, the 25% discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Do the free gifts stack?

Free gifts do not stack and are available while supplies last.
