I purchased this background because of not only is it different but it's absolutely beautiful It looks good in black and white and color and the photo that I'm submitting is super basic didn't do any special lighting to it at all and as you can see it's gorgeous. The fabric on this particular background is incredibly soft and one thing I noticed is that I didn't have to steam this now it Can get a few wrinkles here and there but not like some of the picture backgrounds that need to be steamed and pulled tight this background is a must for any photographers background arsenal
