When referring to the size of our backdrops, the first number represents the
Width and the second number denotes the Height. We provide backdrops in a
multitude of sizes, with no limitations on the dimensions - even for
customized ones! If you're unsure about the backdrop size you need, please
check our
Size Guide. We're here to assist in making the best choice for your needs!
Images may vary by backdrop size and could be cropped. Be sure to check out
the photos for the size you're actually going to buy!

Shipping Policy
We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Any orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Should there be any issues with your order, we will notify you via email.

This product arrived in a timely manner. I ordered four items from KateBackdrop and it was the first time I had ever ordered from this company. I have never used a rubber floor mat for photography prior to purchasing this item, so I did not know what to expect. The item was not quite what I was envisioning, but it is awesome and works for so many different photo setups. It is easy to setup and move around. It is easy to clean. I was terrified to place any props of any weight on it initially, but I have put chairs with grown men seated in them on this floor mat and not a single spot of damage could be found. Impressive! The mat photographs beautifully! I am in love with rubber floor mats. I ordered two in my first order and love both of them!!!! Will be ordering more!

We were thrilled with how easy it was to set up. The box that it comes shipped in, is the box we use to transport it. All we have to do is take it out of the box, unroll it and it's ready to go. This was from us setting it up for the very first time. It matches well with most of Kate's backdrops. The quality is great, we have had 40+ people walk on it, and it still looks great.

The mat seems to be good quality and I really like the print. However, it's waaaaay too small. I needed at least one more, maybe even two more, to make it work perfectly with the backdrop.

After checking our records, I see that you purchased our small backdrop mat. We actually do offer the same design in a larger size that may work better for you. I apologize that this option was not clearly visible or recommended to you when purchasing. This oversight is on us and I sincerely apologize for falling short here and causing you inconvenience with the sizing.
