Do I still need a password to sign in?

Nope! Just enter the email you used to shop with us and we’ll send a 6-digit one-time code. Pop it in and you’re done—no passwords to remember.

I had a password before—what happens to it?

It’s simply retired. Your account, orders, and points stay exactly the same; you’ll now sign in with the one-time code instead.

Will my order history & points still be there?

Absolutely. All past orders, loyalty points, and gift-card balances remain untouched. Only the login method changed.

Is the one-time code secure?

Yes—codes expire after a few minutes, can be used only once, and work only on the device where you request them. No stored password means one less thing for hackers to guess.

I never get the code email—what should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder.
• Add [email protected] to your contacts.
• Still stuck? DM us or email support and we’ll help you log in.

How do I change my email address?

Log in with your current email, open Account → Profile, click "Edit Email", and follow the verification steps.

What if I prefer a password?

For security reasons we no longer support password logins, but you can tick “Remember this browser” on the code screen to skip entering codes on trusted devices.
