1. Can I use other discounts with the 25% off?
No. This is our biggest sale of the year and we've set up an automatic discount for Kate Day this year. That means you don't have to enter any discount codes. Your 25% off will apply directly in your cart, saving you a step and letting you see your total discount right away. Because this discount is automatic, you won't be able to combine it with other discount codes. But you can still use a gift card with this offer!
Note: The 25% off is sitewide but doesn't apply to items already on sale.
2. Can I buy multiple lucky bags?
Yes, but there's a catch! We offer different Lucky Bags throughout Oct. 15–17, including $9.99, $19.99, $29.99, $49.99 and $59.99 options. You can purchase one of each type, but no duplicates are allowed.
For instance, you can buy one $9.99 bag, one $19.99 bag, and one $29.99 bag, but not two of the same. So, if you attempt to buy multiple bags of the same type, the extras will be charged at the regular price.
3. What's the difference between the lucky bags?
Each price point features a unique Lucky bag filled with different items and limited availability.

On October 15, the $9.99 Lucky Bag includes a 7x5ft or 8x6ft backdrop, with 700 available.
On October 16, the $19.99 Lucky Bag includes a 5x10ft, 6.5x6.5ft or 10x6.5ft backdrop, with 400 available.
On October 17, the $29.99 Lucky Bag includes an 8x8ft, 10x8ft or 10x10ft backdrop, with 400 available.

On October 15 and October 17, $59.99 Photo Kit Lucky Bags will be available.
On October 16, the $49.99 Lucky Bag includes props or stands, with 50 available.

Absolutely! Each lightning deal features unique, non-repeating products, with selected items at 30%–50% off and free shipping. You're welcome to join all the deals!
Also, we'll showcase these items with their original prices in our Lightning Deal Collection ahead of time. This allows you to add your favorites to your cart in advance and be ready when the deals start!
7. How can I get a free gift?
As long as you purchase a certain amount during the event, you can receive one of our exclusive free gifts!
Orders over $198 can receive a storage bag, with 400 available.
