Para ser un fondo de fotografía, siento que la manera de embalaje no es la adecuada. No entiendo porque lo doblan, generando esas marcas desagradables en la tela, lo mejor es enrollarlo como se supone que deben venir los fondos, ahora debo lidiar para poder eliminar esas arrugas que se ven en todo el diseño. Cuando a la cálida de impresión hubiese gustado fuese mejor ya que parece una resolución de 72 dpi dejando un calidad muy baja de la impresión. Siento que pueden mejorar la calidad del diseño sin tener que afectar en la resolución.

Entendemos lo frustrante que puede ser lidiar con las arrugas provocadas por el doblado. Normalmente optamos por doblar los fondos para reducir los costos de envío, pero siempre estamos abiertos a mejorar nuestras opciones de embalaje para satisfacer mejor las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
Con respecto a la resolución de impresión, nos esforzamos por ofrecer diseños de alta calidad y sin duda tomaremos en cuenta tus comentarios para mejorar este aspecto. Mientras tanto, te recomendamos usar un vaporizador de mano o una plancha a baja temperatura (con un paño intermedio) para eliminar las arrugas.
