Loved the back drops, but one came extremely late and I got no communication about what was going on with it. I ended having to buy another backdrop for the shoot I needed from Amazon. Of course the backdrop finally shows up a day after the shoot. I’ll use you Kate’s again because of the quality, but now I know to order over a month in advance to make sure I get it on time. Shipping systems aren’t the best.

I ordered 3 backdrops (including this one), the other are great and the "painted" texture is visible by eye, but the cold dark gray backdrop seem like a solid grey fabric without any texture. I tried it with proper lighting (front and behind) and it was still the same almost solid-non-textured look. Customer service was great and I received a coupon which I used to get a different color that was great as the others.
