NOT White

Out of the box, this backdrop is gray. It's a nice backdrop, but is absolutely not white and shouldn't be advertised as such. The reason I'm giving it a bad review, however, is the poor customer service and response I received when sharing this with Kate BackDrop. I wasn't asking for anything from them, but did want to suggest they stop advertising it as white to prevent disappointment when others purchase in the future. So much back and forth from the company, it got ridiculous. Just own it and readjust your page to reflect the actual color of the drop. Really disappointed in the response I got. First time customer and likely, last time.

So realistic

I used this backdrop this year for Easter minis sessions and added my own props. I love that I'll be able to use this for lots of different set ups.

Not what I thought it should be.

Kate Backdrops was fabulous to work with as far as sizing the door on this custom sized backdrop. But the color seems off to me, and the lines in the “wood” is disjointed and sporadic. I am not certain how much I will use this backdrop with the way it is printed…. So I am not sure I could recommend this backdrop. I would love it if it were actually a WHITE wall as advertised.
